摘要
分析了影响农村小水电施工安全的主要因素,提出通过建立各种安全管理制度,采取有效的预防措施,加强农村小水电项目施工安全管理,最大限度避免事故发生.
The main factors affecting the construction safety of small rural hydropower projects is analyzed. To establish various rules of safety manage and to apply effective preventive measures are proposed in order to strengthen the construction safety management of small rural hydropower projects and avoid accidence.
