摘要
针对上柴公司柴油机铸造生产线故障停机率较高的现象,从设备维修管理的角度进行分析,找出原因并实施相应的解决方案来降低生产过程中故障次数和抢修时间,最终用结果证明了在工作中运用现代设备维修管理方法和手段进一步降低设备故障停机率的可行性。
The casting production line in Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (SDEC) has been used for a long time and its downtime rate is high. From the maintenance management point of view, identification of the causes and implementation of appropriate solutions is made to reduce the number of equipment failures and repair time. Results of work show that it is feasible to further reduce downtime rate by using modem management theory and methods in the maintenance of equipment.
