摘要
激光诱导荧光检测器是目前最灵敏的检测器之一,已广泛用于毛细管电泳DNA分析中。该文对毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光技术在DNA分析中3种主要的DNA荧光标记方式:荧光基团共价标记、PCR后标记、内插荧光染料标记进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。引用了78篇文献。
Laser-induced fluorescence(LIF) detection, as one of the most sensitive detectors, has been widely used in the analysis of DNA by combination with capillary electrophoresis. In this paper, three fluorescence labeling DNA methods including fluorophores covalent, post- PCR labeling and in- tercalating dye labeling were reviewed. The application prospects of capillary electrophoresis coupled with LIF detection in the field of genetic diagnosis and analysis were also discussed. 78 references were cited.
