磁性固位的分段式上颌中空修复体的初步研究

本研究采用磁性固位的分段式修复体修复了６例一侧上颌骨缺损的患者，并与整体式修复体进行自身配对对照，将两种修复体在固位稳定、口鼻腔封闭、语音恢复、咀嚼效能、痛点缓冲等方面进行比较，结果显示：磁性固位的分段式修复体在固位稳定性、口鼻腔封闭作用、语音恢复、咀嚼效能等几方面均优于整体式修复体。而分段式修复体产生的压痛点稍多于整体式修复件。

? patients with hemimaxillary defects were selected for this study.Each patient was provided with a sectional prosthesis connected by magnets,and in selfpaired control with a solid prosthesis.Compared the two kinds of prothesis in retention and stability,oronasal seal,speech quality,masticatory performance and mucosa irritation.Results have shown as the following:The retention and stability.oronasal seal,speech quality and the masticafory performance of the sectional prostheses connected by magnets were better than the solid prostheses.But the sectional obturators caused more mucosa irritations than the solid prostheses.
