两种腮腺浅叶切除术的临床疗效观察

Two types of Operation of superficial parotid lobectomy: Clinical Study of Ther apeutic Efficiency

为了提高腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤，类肿瘤、部分低度恶性肿瘤及炎症的手术效果，作者改进了术式，随机分组对照，３４例用改良式腮腺浅叶切除术治疗，３６例用经典式腮腺浅叶切除术治疗。结果显示：改良术缩短手术时间、出血少。随访半年至６年半，两组病例无复发。改良术组暂时性面瘫发生率低于经典术组，局部积液发生率低于经典术组。改良术患侧腮腺区凹陷畸形较经典术轻，且可保存腮腺部分功能。

For increasing the therapeutic efficiency of operation for benign tumour of the superficial parotid lobe, tumourlike disordrs, partial low malignant tumour and inflammation, authors modified the method of operation and the patients were randomly divided into modified operation group and classical operation group. The result showed that the modified type of operation can shorten the operation time with less bleeding. After 6 months to and half yerars of follow-up,there were no recurrence in both groups.The modified group had a lower incidence of temporal facial paralysis and local hydrops than that of the calssical group.The depressed malformation in the affected parotid gland in the modified opertion group was milder than that of the classical group, and the function of the parotid gland terated by modified operation was partial existence. It's believed that the modified operation for these patients would have a better therapeutic efficeiency if the indication is appropriate. 
