Psychological problems are common among nurses,which are caused by many fators.Early warning mechanism for psychological problems includes establishing early-warning index system, establishing objects and scope of early-warning, assessing informarion and giving warnings. The intervention mechanism of psychological problems includes specific measures such as propaganda, education and counselling . In order to reinforce psychological health of nurses and construct a harmonious society ,it bears great practical significance to concern the psychological problems of nurses and to study their warning and intervention mechanism in modem society.
