全髋关节置换术治疗类风湿性髋关节炎的临床观察

Total Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

【目的】探讨全髋关节置换术治疗类风湿性髋关节炎的临床效果。【方法】2000年3月至2007年8月对43例（62髋）类风湿性髋关节炎患者行全髋关节置换术，术后随访12～88个月。【结果】患者髋关节功能较术前均显著改善，疼痛明显缓解，术后无脱住、感染等并发症。患者Harris评分术前平均为（35．3±7．0）分，术后为（82．5±7．4）分，其中优45髋，良8髋，可7髋，差2髋，优良率85．5％。【结论】全髋关节置换术治疗类风湿性髋关节炎临床效果满意。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of total hip arthroplasty（THA） for the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. [ Methods] Forty-three patients （62 hips） with RA were performed with THA. All cases were followed up for 12-88 months after operation. [Results] The function of hip joints was improved greatly. Pain was relieved significantly. No complication such as dislocation or infection hap- pened. The average Harris hip score increased from 35.3 ± 7.0 points before operation to 82.5 ± 7.4 points after operation. According to Harris hip score, 45 hips got excellent results, 8 hips got good results, 7 hips got fair results and 2 hips got poor results. The good and excellent rate was 85.5%.
