摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米二氧化钛粉体材料,再加入吸附剂沸石.通过纳米TiO2-沸石对含酚废水的光催化降解实验,研究了光催化剂TiO2的投加量、光催化剂TiO2和沸石的配比、降解时间对光催化性能的影响.结果表明:光催化剂TiO2和沸石的最佳配比为6∶1,催化剂TiO2用量为4 g/L时,紫外光照射3 h后,COD的去除率可达到59.1%以上.
The nano titanium dioxide was prepared by sol-gel process using tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor, and then the zeolite as a adsorbent was added. With phenol-containing wastewater as a contaminant,the activi- ties of the samples were investigated with different adding volume of TiO2, ratio of TiOJzeolite and degradation time. The results indicated that the optimal ratio of TiO2 and zeolite was 6: 1, the amount of the catalyst is 4 g/L, the removal rate of COD was up to 59.1% aftcr being irradiated for three hours by ultraviolet.
