摘要
建立一种测定山梨酸工业生产中间产品山梨酸含量的快速高效液相色谱法.优化条件为:用Sh im-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,在230 nm波长下,甲醇∶水(V∶V)=80∶20为流动相,流速0.5 mL.m in-1,山梨酸的直线回归方程为A=1×107m+75 037,相关系数为0.998 8,方法的相对标准偏差为0.87%,回收率达98.60%.
A method of fast high-performance liquid chromatography was established to detemine the sorbic acid content in interim products of the sorbic acid industrial production. The optimum conditions are:Shim- pack VP-ODS ( 150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) column in the wavelength of 230nm, the ratio of methanol to water (V/V) is 80 to 20 ,flow phase at the flowrate of 0.5 ml/min, sorbic acid linear regression equation is A = 1 × 10^7m + 75 037, with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 8 ,the relative standard deviation of 0.87% and the re- covery rate of 98.60%.
