摘要
以料液比、提取时间、提取溶剂浓度、提取温度为考察因素,采用单因素实验及正交实验对芝麻油中芝麻素提取条件进行优化.得到最佳条件为提取时间:3.25 h;提取温度:50℃;提取溶剂浓度:纯甲醇;料液比1∶12(g.mL-1).
The extraction condition of sesamin in sesame oil was optimized with single factor and orthogonal experiments methods,using the ratio of materiel to liquid, the extracting time, the concentration of methanol and the extracting temperature as the examination factors. The optimum extraction condition was obtained, the ratio of materiel to liquid, the extracting time, the concentration of methanol and the extracting temperature were 1: 12/g· mL-1 ,3.25 hours, 100 percent and 50 ℃ respectively.
