低温条件下不同抗寒性冬小麦内源激素的变化 被引量:58

Changes of Endogenous Hormones of Winter Wheat Varieties with Different Cold-resistances under Low Temperature

摘要 为揭示寒冷地区冬小麦内源激素与抗寒能力的关系,以抗寒性强的冬小麦品种东农冬麦1号和抗寒性弱的品种济麦22为试验材料,在田间自然条件下,于越冬前不同降温时期分别对叶片、根系和分蘖节取样,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定和分析了内源激素ABA、IAA、ZR的含量变化。结果表明,两个品种的叶片和根系中的ABA、ZRI、AA的含量随气温的降低均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,但分蘖节中的ABA、ZR含量则持续增加。分蘖节中的IAA含量表现为东农冬麦1号随气温下降而逐渐增加,济麦22则先增后降。两个品种分蘖节中的IAA/ZR值均表现为前期急剧下降,后期趋于平稳。抗寒性强的东农冬麦1号各器官中的ABA、ZRI、AA含量均高于抗寒性弱的济麦22,对冬小麦安全越冬起重要作用的内源激素是ABA。东农冬麦1号分蘖节中的IAA/ZR低于济麦22,其分蘖能力比济麦22强,更利于安全越冬。 In order to reveal the relationship between endogenous hormones and cold-resistance, winter wheat Dongnongdongmai 1 (cold resistant) and Jimai 22 (cold susceptible) were used as experimental material. Under field condition, leaves, roots and tillering nodes of two winter wheat varieties were sampled before overwintering at different low temperature periods. The contents of endogenous hormones ABA, IAA,ZR in leaves, roots and tillering nodes were investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent Assay (EI.ISA). The results showed that ABA and ZR contents in leaves and roots increased at first, and then decreased, but that in tillering nodes increased continuously. IAA content in tillering nodes of Dongnongdongmai 1 increased with temperature decreasing, but that of Jimai 22 firstly increased, then decreased. The tendency of IAA/ZR in tillering nodes of two varieties was the same, that was firstly decreased sharply, then changed to be steady. The general results also showed that the contents of ABA,ZR,IAA in leaves, roots and tillering nodes of Dongnongdongmail were higher than that of Jimai 22. ABA was the most important endogenous hormones of winter wheat for overwintering safely. Compare to Jimai 22, Dongnongdongmail could pass winter safely for lower IAA/ZR in tillering nodes and higher tillering ability.
