急诊医疗体系单元的考核与评价标准探讨

STUDY ON THE EVALUATEDSTANDARD OF EMERGENCYMEDICAL SERVICE SYSTEM

本文根据我国各地市的实践及作者经验，探讨了急诊医疗体系单元的考核与评价标准。从组织建制、基础设施、规章制度、工作质量、教学科研管理等方面，对院前急救进行了量化考核，而对以三级综合医院为依托的急救中心的评价标准也进行了详细介绍，旨在加强ＥＭＳＳ建设，促进我国建立统一的ＥＭＳＳ考核与评价标准。

Objective:In this paper,based on many cities′s practice of our country and writers′s experience,the evaluated standard of EMSS was studied onMethod:The evaluated standard of prohospital aid was checked up numerically,including general term for organization and administrative system,basic installation,rules and principles,working quality,management of teaching and scientific research and so on.Moreover the evaluated standard of emergency center attached to the threelevel integrate hospital was recommended in full detailConclusion:These methods can strengthen the construction of EMSS and ptomote to build a whole set of evaluated standard of EMSS
