摘要
鉴于目前对恶性肿瘤细胞的生物学特征了解不多，尚难找出其确切的转移规律来指导临床治疗。作者回顾总结了自１９９１年３月至１９９７年３月间在我科手术治疗胸段食管癌８０例。以临床和病理检查为依据，对影响淋巴结转移的可能因素进行了分析，探讨其转移因素，并相应提出了一些有价值的建议。
Presenthly the clinic treatment of malignancy became more and more difficult because no one can find out the certain rule of this kind of metastasis.In this paper,total 80 cases of the thoracic oesophageal carcinoma from March 1991to March 1997 are reviewed and analyzed .According to clinic and pathology examination of these cases,factors which can affect the metastasis to lymphaden are deeply discussed.and some valuable suggestions are presented
