摘要
在生态足迹原理的基础上提出区域生态安全指数的概念,将其作为生态安全评价的指标,利用该方法对大连市1996~2007年的生态足迹与生态安全进行了定量研究.研究表明:大连市人均能源生态足迹由1996年的1.421 hm2增加到2007年的2.711 hm2,可更新资源生态足迹由1.481 hm2增加到1.796 hm2,人均总生态足迹由2.700 hm2增加到4.507 hm2,生态压力指数由1996年的2.15增加到2007年的2.71 hm2;区域生态安全指数在近11年内,变化幅度在-1.71^-1.12之间,表明大连市的生态安全始终处于一个极不安全状态,并且有恶化的趋势.
Based on the principle of ecological footprint, this research puts forward two concepts which are regional ecological tension index and regional ecological security index as indicator system of ecological safety assessment. The ecological footprint and ecological security in Dalian from 1996 to 2007 are studied in this paper. The results show that the ecological footprint per capita of Dalian gradually increased from 2. 700 hm^2 in 1996 to 4. 507 hm^2 in 2007. The ecological capacity per capita was between 0. 662 and 0. 688 hm^2. The ecological tension index increased from 2. 15 in 1996 to 2.71 in 2007. The ecological security index changed between --1.71 to --1.12. The result shows that the ecological security condition of Dalian have been at risk and declining in recent years.
