低温下硒对萝卜幼苗抗氧化系统的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用盆栽试验,将萝卜品种"春不老"和"丰光"栽培于不同含硒量基质中,于3℃培养后,测定萝卜苗期抗氧化系统相关生理指标。结果表明,"丰光"抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性与"春不老"谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性和硒(Se)浓度呈负相关关系。"春不老"APX活性与"丰光"GR活性则因施硒浓度而异。"春不老"的还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和"丰光"的抗坏血酸(ASA)、GSH含量均与硒浓度呈正相关关系。"丰光"MDA含量与硒浓度也为正相关关系,但"春不老"MDA因硒浓度而异。所以,硒对低温胁迫下萝卜苗抗氧化系统有重要调节作用。 Two cultivars (Chunbulao and Fengguang) of radish (Raphanus sativus L. ) were cultivated in pot filling peat and vermiculite with different Selenium (Se) concentrations, and exposed to low temperature stress at 3℃. The results showed that aseorbate peroxidase (APX) activity of Fengguang and glutathione reduetase (GR) activity of Chunbulao were negatively related to Se concentration. APX activity of Chunbulao and GR activity of Fengguang varied depending on Se concentration. Glutathione (GSH) content of Chunbulao, and aseorbie acid (ASA) or GSH content of Fengguang were positively correlative with Se concentration. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content of Fengguang demonstrated a positive correlation with Se concentration. However, MDA content of Chunbulao varied depending on Se concentration. It's suggested that Se plays an important role in antioxidant system of radish seedlings.
