莆田黑猪血液生理生化指标测定

Detection of Haemal Physiological and Biochemical Parameters in Putian Black Pigs

为掌握莆田黑猪血液生理生化的常值,笔者对40头莆田黑猪(♂18、♀22)的血液样本进行测定分析,并与部分国内地方猪种和3个国外猪种进行比较。结果表明,莆田黑猪的大多数血液生理指标在性别、不同日龄上差异不显著(P>0.05);大部分生化指标在性别上差异也不显著(P>0.05);但在不同日龄上,UA、TP、GOS、TG、Na、Ca的差异显著(P(0.05);BUN、CHOL、ALT、AST、GGT的差异极显著(P(0.01)。比较还得知,其大多数理化指标均在国内地方猪种正常范围内,并与国内外猪种互有高低。经统计分析,建立莆田黑猪血液生理生化参考值,为其疾病防治、营养需求和保种选育等临床与科研工作提供借鉴。

To unravel the normal values of haemal physiological and biochemical parameters in Putian black pigs, the blood of forty pigs（ ♂ 18, ♀ 22）were investigated, as well as compared with some domestic and foreign breeds in the current work. The results showed that most of haemal physiological parameters of Putian Black pigs had no significant difference between either sexes or ages （P 〉 0.05 ）. Also, no significant difference in most of haemal biochemical parameters had been observed between the sexes （P 〉 0.05）. However, the UA, TP, GOS, TG, Na, Ca, BUN, CHOL, ALT, AST and GGT demonstrated a significant difference between different ages （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Result also indicated that most indices varied generally within the normal range of domestic as well as foreign breeds. The haemal physiological and biochemical parameters of Putian black pigs established via statistical analysis may provide a reference for clinic and scientific research.
