摘要
目的:观察不同炮制时间附子对水合氯醛麻醉大鼠心功能的影响及其心脏毒性。方法:采用侵入法观察大鼠十二指肠注射不同炮制时间的附子后心脏LVSP、心率、+dp/dtmax及t-dp/dtmax变化,计算其效价强度。结果:附子能在一定程度上抑制水合氯醛麻醉大鼠心脏LVSP、+dp/dtmax变化率的负性增大,炮制5~100 min的附子,其效价强度较高;炮制120 min后的附子效价强度降低。结论:附子改善心功能的作用受炮制时间的影响,采用高压蒸制的方法炮制40~100 min时间段获取的附子饮片可能具有较佳的药效。
Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzi processed at different times on cardiac function of rats anaesthetized by chlorahydrate. Methods: The changes of LVSP,heart rate, +dp/dtmax and t-dp/dtmax of rats were observed with MedLab-U after duodenal administration of the processed Fuzi,and the potency was calculated. Results:The processed Fuzi could improve negative change rates of LVSP, +dp/dtmax of rats to some extent. The potencies of Fuzi processed during 5-100 min were higher than Fuzi processed over 120 min. Conclusion:The effect of improving cardiac function of Fuzi was affected by processing. Using high-pressure steaming method,Fuzi processed during 40 100 min maybe had the better effective.
