摘要
建立服务型政府是市场经济发展的客观要求,是人民的需求。只有建立起科学合理的服务型政府的监督机制,才能衡量政府是否是人民满意的政府。服务型政府的主要监督机制,包括政党监督、人民政协监督、行政系统自身监督、人民群众监督、新闻舆论监督、司法监督等。用模糊综合评判法对服务型政府的监督机制进行分析,通过调查研究得到一系列数据,并将数据用表格的形式表现出来,建立模糊综合评判模型,对调查结果进行论证与分析,使服务型政府的监督机制系统化,使服务型政府的监督机制运行效率达到整体最优。
The establishment of a service-oriented government is the objective requirements both economic development and people. However, whether the government can meet people＇s satisfaction depends on the establishment by a scientific and reasonable supervisory system by a service-oriented government. This system is expected mainly to fulfill such obligations as political oversight, CPPCC supervision, self-supervision of the administration, people＇s supervision, news media supervision, j udicial supervision and so on. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the paper analyses the supervisory system of a service-oriented government and establish a model to expound the findings and data of the survey so as to systemize the supervisory mechanism and optimize an overall operating efficiency of the supervision system.
