加强高校青年教师师德建设,是打造优势师资,提高育人水平,保证高等教育可持续发展的一项长期的系统性工程。因此,确认师德建设的时代价值和时代内涵具有重要的理论意义。目前教师队伍的师德状况并不十分理想,随着现代教育理念的不断发展,求善、求真、求美、求新的价值取向将不断丰富与重构师德建设的时代内涵。

Strengthening the morality construction of junior university teachers is a long-term system-atic project to establish superior teaching staff, improve educational level, and ensure the sustainable development of higher education. Therefore, it is of theoretical significance to confirm the epoch value and connotation of the morality construction of junior teachers. Given that the current teachers＇ morality situation is not ideal, the values to pursuit virtue, truth, beauty and innovation will continuously enrich and reconstruct the epoch connotation of the morality construction of junior teachers with the development of modern educational ideas.
