Improving the Working Mechanism of the CPC Committee in the Departments of Universities

随着高校改革的深化,院(系)党组织的作用越来越重要。只有准确把握分党委的职能与定位,在加强领导班子建设、党建与思想政治工作、基层民主政治建设等方面理清思路,建全制度,创新体制机制,才能充分发挥政治核心和监督保证作用。

With the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities, the role of grass-roots party organizations has become more and more important. The CPC sub-committee can play a critical role as a political and supervisory core if its function has been well defined with the clear thinking, the sound system and the innovative working mechanism while strengthening the team-building, the party building, the ideological and political work, the construction of grass-roots democracy and so on.
