摘要
本文在阐述了皮格马利翁效应、南风效应、破窗效应这几个心理效应给予我们的有益启示的基础上,指出将心理效应运用于图书馆读者服务工作中,不仅提高图书馆员自身心理素质,而且提高图书馆的服务质量。
Based on expounding the enlightenment of the Pygmalion effect, the warm wind effect and the broken window effect to our work, this paper indicates that the application of psychological effect in readers service work not only can improve the psychological quality of librarians, but also can improve the service quality of the library.
