摘要
企业在进行跨文化交际中,由于各种文化差异的存在,文化冲突的事例屡见不鲜,严重影响了其交往的顺利进行。本文立足于山西企业,尤其是山西重工企业,研究其在跨文化交际中的冲突,具体分析冲突产生的原因,并提出一定的对策,以期为山西重工企业在今后的跨文化交际中提供一些实用性的建议。
In the process of enterprises' carrying out cross - cultural communication, because of the existence of the various cultural differences, cultural conflicts can be seen everywhere, which has affected the international business transaction seriously. Based on Shanxi enterprises, especially Shanxi heavy industry enterprises, this article studies the cultural conflicts in crosscultural communication they are facing, analyzes the reasons and offerssome practical countermeasures. It aims to provide practical advice for Shanxi heavy industry enterprises in the future cross- cultural communication.
