摘要
Q390E钢板拉伸试验后出现断口分层现象。利用扫描电镜、电子探针和金相显微镜,对断口以及断口附近钢板截面的组织进行了观察、检测和分析,指出分层现象与板厚中心偏析处的马氏体组织、大颗粒的Nb、Ti的C、N化物和硫化物夹杂有关。
Layered fracture occurs after tensile test of Q390E steel. The fracture surface and the sections parallel to tensile direction and perpendicular to plate surface are observed, detected and analyzed by means of SEM , EPMA and metallographic microscope. The results show that the layered fracture is caused by banded structure (Nb,Ti)(C,N)and sulfide inclusions at centre segregation in plate thickness.
