摘要
科技创新能力低与管理水平滞后是制约广西中药产业发展的主要因素。本文提出了基于广西中药产业发展的人才培养对策:产学研合作,以实际工作需要培养学生创新能力和实践精神;宽口径培养,以产业需求灵活人才专业方向;文理兼融,以丰富人文修养提升学生素质;多渠道多层次办学,服务多样化学习需要。
Poor scientific and technological innovation ability are the dominating restricting factors in Guangxi＇ TCM industry. the paper gives suggestions on how to innovate talent cultivation mode to promote Guangxi＇ TCM industry： Seeking industrial, academic and research cooperation, utilize actual work training students＇ innovation spirit and the practice ability. Developing solid academic foundation and transform direction of educating students to meet the industrial demand. Melting arts and sciences education into schools, improving the students quality by rich humanistic. Promoting diversification in the school system to serve the people.
