高校师范生顶岗实习的意义及相关问题——以广西师范学院为例

The Significance and Related Issues in Position-Replacement Teaching Practice among Teachers' Education University Students——Take Guangxi Teacher's Education University as a Case

作为一种有效的师范生培养模式和农村支教模式,顶岗实习受到了国家教育部门、各有关高校的重视和社会的广泛关注。本文分析了顶岗实习推行的背景,探讨了实习模式的改革,着重剖析了顶岗实习的现实意义,指出在实施这项工作的过程中暴露的主要问题,并对相关问题作了初步思考。

As an effective mode for would--be teachers＇ training and country--education aid, position--replacement teaching practice has received great concern and extensive attention from related national educational institutes, universities and various communities. Based on the analysis of the background of the practice＇s prevalence, this paper expounds the reform of the teaching practice mode, centers on the significance of the position--replacement teaching practice, and relates to some issues in the process of the practice and gives them some further considerations.
