摘要
高校传统的就业指导因其基于工作本位的设计,相对忽视大学生的个体差异和个性化需求,缺少对大学生就业素质形成过程的连续关注,表现为鲜明的临时性、救急性和功利性特点,在目标指向、工作内容和方式方法上难以满足毕业生的就业需要。本文运用科学的方法搜集信息并进行分析,就高校个性化就业指导的基本内涵及其实现路径进行了初步地探讨,发现只有通过个性化就业指导才能提高学生就业满意度,稳步推进就业工作。
For neglecting the individual differences and the personalized demands, lacking continual attention to forming process of employment quality of the university student, the colleges and universities traditional employment guidance performances as distinct temporary, emergency and utilitarian characteristics it is difficult to meet the employment needs of graduates in the target, the work contents and the ways . This article utilizes the scientific methods to collect and analyze information, discusses the basic connotation and the ways on colleges and universities personalized employment guidance, discovers only through the personalized employment guidance to improve the degree of employment satisfaction and advance the employment work steadily.
