联合作战指挥人才的培养,目前已成为全军人才培养的一项重大战略任务,而初级指挥生长军官的培养在联合作战指挥人才的培养链中具有重要的基础作用,其联合作战意识的形成和培养不容忽视。文中分析了初级指挥生长军官联合作战意识培养的重要意义,从联合文化、组训模式、课程体系三个方面探讨了其主要对策,研究了联合作战意识培养需把握的几个问题,为创新我军联合作战指挥人才机制、造就新型军事人才提供了理论依据,从而在源头上为加强联合作战指挥人才打牢基础。

To cultivate commanders for joint operations is a major strategic task of cultivating military talents. And cultivating junior commanders plays a basic role in the process of cultivating commanders for joint operations. This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating junior commanders and explores the cultivating measures from the aspects of joint culture, training model and curriculum system. Some issues needed to be aware of are proposed. The research provides a theoretical basis for innovating ways of training joint operation commanders and new model military personnel, which lays a solid foundation for training joint operation personnel.
