来士普联合马来酸曲美布汀、复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of combined escitalopram oxalate,trimebutine maleate and compound eosinophil-lactobacillus in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察来士普联合马来酸曲美布汀、复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法选择符合条件的76例肠易激综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予口服来士普片5 mg,1/d,马来酸曲美布汀胶囊100 mg,3/d,复方嗜酸乳杆菌片1000 mg,3/d;对照组:口服复方嗜酸乳杆菌片1000 mg,3/d,谷维素片20 mg,3/d。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组有效率、不良反应。结果治疗组IBS主要症状改善总有效率为95%,对照组为42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论来士普联合马来酸曲美布汀、复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗肠易激综合征安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined escitalopram oxalate ,trimebutine maleate and compound eosinophil - lactobacillus on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Seventy - six patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group received escitalopram oxalate 5 mg, once daily, and trimebutine maleate 100 rag, and compound eosinophil -lactobacillus 1000 rag, three times daily each. Control group received compound eosinopil -lactobacillus 1000 rag,and oryzanol 20 mg,three times daily each. At 8 weeks, comparisons were made between the two groups in therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results After 8 week treatment, the total symptom improvement rates in treatment group and control group were 95% and 42%, respectively. There was significant difference in total symptom improvement rate between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Escitalopram oxalate combined with trimebutine maleate and compound eosinophil - lactobacillus is safe and highly effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
