富血小板血浆在颌骨修复与重建中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 由于炎症、外伤、肿瘤、功能性萎缩及其他切除性手术等原因引起的颁骨缺损严重影响患者的面容和口腔功能,也给患者后续的义齿修复工作带来很大的困难。颌骨重建技术的最终目标是获得具有生理功能的颌骨,容纳种植体、利于义齿修复等,以恢复面部形态及咬合功能。近年来研究表明,富血小板血浆(platelet-richplasma,PRP)因含有多种高浓度的生长因子,可加快成骨速度、提高成骨质量。我们对PRP及其在颌骨修复重建中的作用作一综述。
