摘要
介绍了一种以STC12C4052AD单片机为核心的蓄电池检测修复仪以及仪器的电路原理和软件流程,讨论了蓄电池检测修复的工作原理。检测修复仪自动检测和存储蓄电池的充电电压、电流等参数,得到的参数与设定的阀值对比后,采用高频脉冲技术实现对蓄电池的自动修复充电。整个充电过程按理想的充电曲线进行,提高了蓄电池的实际循环寿命。
A repairing and testing equipment is introduced for the battery controlled by STC12C4052AD. The working principle is discussed of repairing and testing for the battery and also introduced are the principle of circuit equipment and software flow. The voltage and current parameters are automatically detected and stored with the repairing and testing system. Then the parameters are compared with the threshold, and the high-frequency pulse technology is used to restore the battery. The whole charging process reflects an ideal curve, thus helpful to enhance life span of the storage battery.
