摘要
装载机工作装置的八杆机构力学分析是装载机设计的核心问题。基于ADAMS建立了装载机八杆机构装载工作装置动力学仿真模型,进行机械系统与液压系统模型的耦合仿真,分析了该装载装置的平移性、机构铰接点受力及液压缸长度变化等动力学性能。研究结果表明:动臂和摇臂各铰点受载情况与工作装置外载荷变化一致,分析结果对于研究装载机八杆机构关键构件的动态应力分布提供了有效数据。
Dynamic analysis of eight-bar mechanism loading equipment is of significance for loader design. Dynamic mechanical system model for loading equipment of eight-bar mechanism was built based on ADAMS and coupling simulation was conducted, with mechanical and hydraulic system models of loader. The dynamic performance were analyzed, such as straight motion, force of componenthinged joint and changes in the length of hydraulic cylinder. The research results showed that loading condition on the joints of rockers and life arms were consistent with the force variations of working device. The analysis results provided effective data for dynamic stress distribution of key components of eight-bar mechanism loading equipment .
