摘要 为制定科学有效的城市交通疏运预案,通过对突发事件下城市交通特点的研究,以危险范围内疏散人员所产生的交通需求和疏散路网状况为已知条件,疏散交通流的相关特性为约束,建立城市交通疏运路径选择模型.通过对模型的分析和优化,获得城市疏运最佳路径的选择方式和疏运时间.对该疏运系统进行仿真,获得总疏散时间的变化指标.该方法可为突发事件下的城市交通疏运组织提供参考. In order to formulate an effective urban traffic evacuation plan, according to the study on the characteristics of urban traffic on emergencies, taking the traffic demand, which is needed to evacuate people from dangerous areas, and the evacuation road network conditions as the data, and taking the related characteristics of the evacuating traffic flow as constraints, an urban traffic evacuation routing selection model is established. By analyzing and optimizing the model, it receives the best evacuation route and time. By simulating the evacuation system, the final indicators of evacuation time is received. This method can provide references for urban traffic evacuation organizations in emergencies.
