基于深度换算理论的多通道磁场自动测试系统

摘要 针对监测舰船等大型物体的磁场分布在数据采集的快速性、稳定性和准确性等方面存在技术难度这一情况,研制1种多通道磁场自动测试系统,应用多通道数据采集技术,通过磁通门传感器阵列,多点、多方向实时采集舰船磁场,依据深度换算理论分析磁场分布.试验表明,系统分辨率可达1nT,测量范围为0~±200 000nT,测量精度≤1%F.S.,稳定性≤2nT/h. In view of the difficult technical problems with rapidity, stability and veracity in detecting the whole magnetic field of huge objects like warships, a multi-channel automatic flax measuring system is set up. Applying the technology of multi-channel data acquisition, as well as the fluxgate sensor arrays, the magnetic field of warship is collected at multi-spots and multi-directions in real time, and the magnetic field distribution is analyzed by the method of depth conversion. The test shows that the system achieves the resolution 1 nT, the measuring range is 0 - ± 200 000 nT, measuring precision less than 1% F.S. , and the stability less than 2 nT/h.
