KTP/YAG激光经尿道前列腺切除术在超高龄前列腺增生症中的应用

TREATMENT OF ELDERLY PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA PATIENTS BY USING KTP/YAG LASER TRANSURETHRAL POSTATECTOMY

报告ＫＴＰ／ＹＡＧ激光经尿道前列腺切除术治疗超高龄前腺增生症１１例，平均年龄为７５岁，术前合并高血压９例，同时并存冠心病４例，合并糖尿病２例，肺气肿２例，术后随访１年，有效率达１００％。该文着重讨论手术方法的特点，手术适应证的选择以及术后正确处理的重要性。

Transurethral prostatectomy by KTP/YAG laser was used to treat eleven elderly prostatic hyperplasia patients with an average age of 75. Peoperatively, nine of the patients had hypertension, four of the patients had coronary heart disease, two of the patients had diabetes mellitus and two of the patients had pulmonary emphysema. The clinical efficacy was satisfactory. This article emphasizes the operative method, choice of operative time, and the importance of perioperative supervision and postoperative treatment.
