摘要 本文概述了微侵袭神经外科的新进展。微侵袭神经外科是现代高科技进步在神经外科领域的综合体现,其内容包括神经内窥镜术、血管内神经外科、立体定向神经外科、放射神经外科和影像导向神经外科或神经导航技水。应用这些技术或这些技术的相互结合能以最小的损伤治疗某些神经系统疾病。 This paper surveyed the development andrecent advances in minimally invasive neurosurgery(MIN), which is the combinant application and re-alization of the contemporary high technology in thefield of neurosurgical practice. MIN is a new conceptdeveloped in the recent years, comprising neuroen-doscopy, endovascular neurosurgery, stereotacticneurosurgery, radioneurosurgery, and image guidedneurosurgery or neuronavigation. By using thesetechniques either alone or in combination, it makespossibility to treat some neurological diseases withminimal injury to the brain, spinal cord, and verte-bral column.
