摘要
溶栓治疗是当今缺血卒中研究热点之一,本文复习了近年世界各国有关溶栓治疗的现状,并对其适应证、治疗时机、并发症的危险因素及其处理,以及附加治疗(抗凝及抗血小板聚集)进行了简要的讨论。
Thrombolytic therapy is one of the re-search focuses in contemporary treatment of is-chemic strokes. The present paper reviewed thestatus of thrombolytic therapy in the world in re-cent years, and discussed briefly its indications,time window, complications associated with riskfactors and their management, and auxiliary ther-apy (anti - platelet drugs, anticoagulants).
