中国竞技体育道德风险及其规避

Moral Hazard and Its Dodges of Chinese Competitive Sport

界定了竞技体育道德风险与道德风险行为,分析了我国竞技体育领域内体育道德风险行为和道德风险的特点,从制度经济学、信息经济学、道德伦理学三个方面分析了道德风险的成因;最后从强化制度创新以减少制度变迁的文化约束、加强制度约束、重视竞技体育伦理道德教化等方面提出了规避竞技体育道德风险的措施。

The authors gave a definition of the moral hazard and the action of moral hazard which were once misunderstanded, analyzed the action of moral hazard and its characteristic of Chinese competitive sport, pointed out the origin of the moral hazard at the perspective of institution economics, information economics and moral ethics. Then, the paper drawn up the measure to dodge the moral hazard through enhancing the institute innovation, institution restriction, paying more attention to the moral ethic education and so on.
