西安市中学体育教师发展性评价指标体系研究

Research on the Index System of Developmental Evaluation of PE Teachers in General Senior High School of Xi′an City

采用访谈、调查等方法对体育教师发展性评价理论与评价指标体系进行研究。结果发现,体育教师的基本素质、工作职责、工作绩效和教师发展构成了中学体育教师发展性评价的重要指标,发展性评价体系有助于客观、准确地评价中学体育教师业绩,较奖惩制更利于教师的自我发展。

This paper makes a deep survey on the theory and contents of the index system of developmental evaluation of general high school teachers . The result show that PE teachers＇ basic quality, job duty, performance achievement and teacher＇s development make up of the main evaluation index of P. E teachers in general senior high school. The author has presented an index system, which can reflect the basic qualification, responsibility, achievements, and personal development of high school PE teachers.
