摘要
文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法和逻辑推理法,对湖南梓山湖高尔夫球俱乐部的经营管理现状进行了相关研究。结果表明,作为湖南第一家高尔夫球俱乐部,湖南梓山湖高尔夫球俱乐部在球场规模和档次上具备一定的优势。但在经营管理上还有很多可以进一步改善和拓展的领域。"励精求新"可以得到更好的阐释和拓展;以会员制为主,配套散客经营的模式可以成为该俱乐部的选择;引进一批具有较高文化素养且具备相关专业素质的人才是推进该俱乐部进一步发展的强劲引擎;在加强对外宣传的同时更应该注重对本土的宣传。
With the research methods of documentary jinvestigation and logics,this essay mainly discusses the current management condition of Hunan Zishanhu Golf club. The research concludes the following two parts. As the first golf club in Hunan Province, Hanan Zishanhu golf Club has its advantages in its size and quality. However~ there are some fields to improve in its management. Its management idea can be rich in practical management behaviors; the single mode of ＂VIP Member＂ can be broaden to both VIP and common golf activitors. The speciality with the related meier knowledge is urgent for this club to develop further. The propagandization should focus both on outer market and the home place.
