摘要
道德灌输忽视了受教育者的主体性和个性,脱离受教育者的道德生活和道德实践,造成了道德教育的低效。道德教育要实现自身的变革,应从灌输走向对话。道德对话具有自身的优势和当代价值,具有平等性、理解性、生成性和建构性的特点,它能够使受教育者积极主动地建构自身的精神世界和道德世界。要实现道德教育的转型,要确立主体性道德教育思想,实现道德价值观念的转变以及思维方式的变革,从灌输走向对话是道德教育的必然选择。
Morals instillation has neglected the students' subjectivity and individuality, separated from the students' moral life and moral practice and caused low efficiency of moral education. The moral education must realize its own transformation from instillation to dialogue. The moral conversation has its own superiority and the contemporary value, and possesses the charac- teristics of equality, understanding, productivity and constructiveness. It can cause the educated to construct their own inner world and moral world positively and initiatively. It is the certain choice of the moral education from instillation to dialogue if we want to realize the reformation of moral education, to establish the subjectivity thought of moral education and to realize the transformation of conception of moral values as well as the thinking mode transformation.
