本文提出了标杆进展度模型,为并行产品开发项目的规范应用提供了有价值的参考,并通过某公司并行工程优化项目中的模型应用,分析了在现实环境中成功运用该模型的关键要素。

This paper puts forward the benchmarking progress model,aiming to provide valuable references for the normative operation of concurrent product development projects. And it analyzes the key factors of successful operation in reality environment through the application of this model in concurrent project of sample company.
