Green Production and Regional Development on Lignite Resource in Middle Inner Mongolia in China

本文通过对大唐国际在内蒙锡(锡林郭勒盟)多(多伦)克(克什克腾)三角地区褐煤资源综合开发利用方案上的实施和评估分析,试图探寻一种新时代背景下最高效、最环保的能源开发方式,从而使能源为区域乃至国家的经济发展服务。在发展循环经济产业的同时,扩大经营链、延伸产品链和价值链,走出一条煤炭资源开发生态化、生态循环产业化、产业发展持续化的产业与区域共同发展的新路径。

By implementing and evaluating the comprehensive development and utilization program of lignite resources in ＇ Xilin Gol League-Doron-Koskteng＇ delta region in Inner Mongolia by Datang International Company, this paper tries to explore the most efficient and most environmental way to develop energy resources in the new era,which aims to make energy resources promote the economic development in regions and countries. While circular economy industries are developed, the relative business should be expanded, and production chain and value chain should be extended to find out a new trail with the industrial and regional co-development which is characterized by the ecologicallization of resource development, the industrialization of eco-cycle and the sustainable of industrial development.
