摘要
本文基于企业文化特征和领导力本质的深入分析,系统研究了组织变革与企业文化、领导力的关系,明确了"群领导力"的内涵,构建了群领导力作用模型,并剖析了组织变革导向和文化变革导向群领导力的作用机制。
Based on the characteristics of corporate culture and leadership, this paper discusses the relationship between organizational change as well as corporate culture and leadership respectively, and clarifies the concept of collective leadership,and explores its mechanisms for organizational change and cultural change.
