Traditional Chinese culture includes rich ecological ideas which should have become valuable resources for today's construction of ecological civilization.But it needs to be tested whether it is of vitality in the present social life and can survive the modern transformation.The course of exploring the possibility of its modern transformation is the course of seeking the way to realize the modern transformation.The possibility of its modern transformation lies in the fact that world modernization has come into a new stage and it also lies in China's harsh ecological reality and its cultural confidence which is restored because of the development of Chinese economical society.
