摘要
通过对捣固焦炉装煤烟尘治理技术的不断探索与研究,开发出颗粒层烟气吸附净化装置、炉门烟尘控制装置两项专利技术,并成功地应用于多项工程设计中。进一步完善了以燃烧、吸附为主,滤袋喷涂保护为辅的捣固焦炉装煤烟尘治理工艺,值得国内各焦化厂推广、普及。
By means of continuous exploration and study on the charging emission control technology of stamp coke oven, two patented technologies of the particle layer adsorption purification device and oven door emission control device were developed, which were successfully applied in the design of many projects. The charging emission control process of stamp coke oven in which the combination and adsorption take the lead and filter bag pre-coating protection as a secondary mans is further perfected, the emission control technology is of worthy of populization and propagation in domestic individual coking plants.
