This paper briefly describes the program and implementation for the reconstruction and upgrading of Xi′an power administrative PBX system.It introduces the on-line number upgrading,the method used by the program,and put forward the scheme of equipment selection based on the telecommunication developing trends.The program realizes mixed networking of both broadband and narrow band by integrated IP gateway card,and full network coverage by implementation scheme of administrative exchange equipment is also introduce in the paper which has some reference value for practical work.
