Solution of power billing data transmission

针对榆林供电公司松定变电站通信信道和设备不能满足关口电量实时采集的状况,提出通过数字式电力线载波机远程接入电力调度数据网的通信连接解决方案,实现了HT2000eRTU采集生成的计量计费信息上传。运行实施结果表明:该方案实现了松定变电站远方自动抄表功能,能够满足陕西省电力调度中心和榆林市电力调度中心对松定变关口电量实时采集的需求。

Based on the situation that the communication channels and equipment in Songding substation,the requirement of real-time data collection can not be satisfied.The paper proposes a correspondence connection solution that through the digital power line carrier long-distance accessing in electric power dispatch data network.It realized HT2000 eRTU gathering production measurement cost information upload.The operation results show that the solution has realized AMR function in Songding substation,and the real-time - A data collection from both provincial and city level dispatching centers is also achieved.
