早期周围型肺癌的X线平片诊断

目的提高对早期周围型肺癌X线平片征象的认识。方法对30例早期周围型肺癌的X线平片进行回顾性分析。结果本组30例中男女各占一半,发现病变后3个月内未确诊者达70%,均误诊为结核或肺炎,发现病变后3个月内确诊者仅30%。结论早期周围型肺癌的标准应是肿块直径≤2.0cm,且无局部及远处淋巴转移,并经手术病理证实者。其X线平片特征为:密度低、轮廓多不规则、瘤体内小泡征、胸膜凹陷等。

Objective To improve the recognization of early peripheral lung cancer X-ray plain film signs.Methods The mammogrphic finding of 30 cases with early peripheral lung cancer were retrospectivdy analyzed. Results This group 30 cases of men and women occupy respectively one- half. The patients whose diagnosis undetermined within 3 months after found lesions are as much as 70%, they were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis or pneumonia. Conclusion The diagnosis standard of early peripheral lung cancer is the mass diameters2.0cm, without local and distant lymphatic metastasis, and confirmed by surgery and pathology. The early peripheral lung cancer X-ray plain film features are low density, contour irregularity, vacuole sign and pleural indentation sign.
