杀螨霜治疗蠕形螨病的实验和临床研究

目的观察杀螨霜体外杀螨效果、治疗蠕形螨病的疗效及其安全性。方法将确诊面部为蠕形螨病患者296例,随机分为三个组(杀螨霜组、2%甲硝唑软膏组和空白基质组),于每晚将药物涂于面部患处,连续用药3周,临床观察杀螨霜和2%甲硝唑软膏对蠕形螨病的疗效及副作用。结果体外用药3小时后,杀螨霜组螨虫全部死亡;2%甲硝唑软膏组杀螨率为44.71%及空白基质组杀螨率为8.22%,差别有统计学意义(x2=63.70,"P<0.01")。临床治疗有效率为92.57%,治愈率为68.24%,面部皮损消退率为96.00%,且杀螨霜的疗效优于2%甲硝唑,差别有统计学意义(x2=63.69,"P<0.01")。结论杀螨霜治疗蠕形螨病有效且疗效稳定、安全、无副作用。

Objective To observe the effect and safeness of Demodex Killer Cream in treating demodicosis externally. Method To put 296 patients with demodicosis into 3 group randomly, the first group is treated with Demodex Killer Cream, the second group is treated with 2% Metronidazole Ointment, and the third group is control group.To observe the curative effect of the patients in three groups after 3 weeks＇ continuously treatment with the medicine for external use mentioned above.Result After 3 hours＇ external use of the medicine, the demodicosis in the first group is completely killed; 44.71% is killed in the second group, and 8.22% is killed in the control group. They are statistically significant （Χ^2=63.70, P〈0.01）. The clinical effective rate in using demodex Killer Cream is 92.57%, the curative rate is 68.24%, and96.00%, of the facial lesion disappears. Besides, Demodex Killer Cream is more effective than2% Metronidazole Ointment in treating Demodicosis.They are of statistically significance （Χ^2=63.69, P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is safe to use Demodex Killer Cream to treat demodicosis.
