雷公藤等治疗复发性口疮对免疫功能调节作用的研究

Study of Leigongteng's Regulation Effects on Immunity in Patient with RAU

为探讨雷公藤等治疗复发性目疮(RAU)对免疫功能的调节作用,本文选择35例接受雷公藤多甙、复方丹参、锌、铁制剂治疗的RAU患者为观察组Ⅰ,作治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量比较.结果显示 治疗前CD_3、CD_4的百分比,CD_4/CD_8比值及lgG含慢与对照组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01),而观察组Ⅰ治疗前、后对比,CD_3、CD_4、CD_4/CD_8及lgG含量又有显著性差异(P<0.01),揭示该治疗方案有调节免疫功能作用.以30例只接受复方丹参、锌、铁制剂治疗的RAU患者作观察组Ⅱ.与观察组Ⅰ对比,结果显示其治疗有改善免疫功能,但效观察组Ⅰ差,有显著性差异(P<0.01).

In order to study of Leigongteng's regulation effects on immunity, 35 cases with RAU received Leigong-Tengduodaipian, Fufangdanshenpian, Zn Fe preparation for treatment as an observed group I and then observed the changes of their T Lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8 CD4/CD8) and globulins before and after the treatment. The result showed that CD3 CD4 CD4/CD8 IgG had distinct difference between in the observed group I and in the controlled one (P<0,01),and they also had difference between before and after the treatment (P<0.01) in group I. The result indicated that this treatment could regulate the immune fraction better in the patients with RAU. 30 cases with RAU received Fufangdanshenpian, Zn Fe preparation for treatment as an observed group Ⅱ compared with group I.The result indicated that it'is worse in group Ⅱ than in group I (P<0.01).
